"School district is awful and you have to look for private school or charters. The only acceptable high school Is Metro in the city and you have to apply a year in advance "

"Commutes downtown are a breeze with the Metro. Car-owners also have easy access to I-64 (although you could also do find without a car in this neighborhood)."

"My particular street has lots of families but mostly it’s young couples that live here. I usually feel safe if I stay south of delmar/page area. To my knowledge there isn’t a ton for kids to do but there is a school nearby that always has kids playing outside."

"There are a lot of people in a small area...a culturally diverse neighborhood, primarily adults, college students, seniors. Lots of foot traffic, bike traffic, jogging and dog walking, yet still relatively quiet. The part of the CWE I live in is very close to the largest city park..Forest Park ... and is close to public transportation, movie theatres, churches, cleaners, grocery stores, restaurants, a public library, fitness centers, medical facilities and pharmacies, universities, and major highways. Like all parts of the city, safety awareness and crime prevention is important. My immediate neighborhood is beautiful with clean, tree lined streets and well maintained streets and properties."

"It has a diverse culture. With Slu being right down the street you have younger people moving in with different price points on housing but you also have older homes that are worth a lot of money and have an older generation just a street over. You have quite a few restaurants that are packed with outside seating on one block and on the next it’s super quiet. "

"Plenty of places for your pet to relieve themselves that doesnt involve someone yard. Considering location walks are usually quite peaceful. Noise levels are bad, people are polite, over all stress free walks."

"I used to live in this area in St. Louis. I have not lived in St. Louis in over 14 years, however, whenever I visit St. Louis I ALWAYS make a visit to this quaint neighborhood. Perfect for dog owners. This is random but the neighbors in the high rise condos are into walking around naked with the shades drawn. just an FYI. LOL"
