"There are neighborhood porch music festivals where different folks set up instruments on their front porch and play music, a corner park with markets held in the weekends with great coffee trucks and fresh local produce and a wonderful feeling of vibrant city life in a safe space."

"The neighborhood is very kid friendly during work hours and there are quite a few schools in the area. Cars drive too quickly during rush hour times and night time is questionable. "

"There’s nothing to know....this is the Forest Park/CWE/Delmar Loop area. Not a whole lot of “families” that live over here....mostly thriving couples and “well-off” elderly folks live around here, Wash U/SLU college students. There’s no room for kids in this neighborhood....not a whole bunch of “Suzy Home Makers” in this area."
