Testimonials:
"We had the pleasure of living in a property on Ann Ave which was beautifully restored and energy-efficient. Rocco and his team were very attentive and communicated well with us about the unit and were easy to get ahold of when needed." - Tessa McMullen
"As we recently bought one of their properties, we can personally vouch for the awesome work that Elevate does in restoring historic homes and turning them into modern high-efficiency green living spaces. The five star plus energy rating, state of the art appliances, high-efficiency systems, and modern high-end designs are a nice contrast to the century-old brick exterior and refurbished wood floors which maintain the historic integrity of the home. With an all-electric energy-efficient home all of your heating, cooling, lights, cooking, and hot water usage comes on one bill. Ours was $88 for the past cycle. That's everything it cost to run the entire house for one month. While we increased our living space we certainly did not increase our utility expense. This truly is green living. We could not be happier in this home and are excited to see others being restored like it and selling so quickly in the neighborhood. If you are looking to buy in the St. Louis City area and want a unique, historic green living property, we would highly recommend checking out Elevate for their current and future projects." - Andre Guthrie
UNDERGRADUATES NEED NOT APPLY.
Applying for the unit: All adult applicants and co-signers will need to complete the application process. The application fee is fifty dollars. There is a common utility surcharge of fifty-five dollars per month for water, sewer, and trash. Gas & electric paid by Tenant.
Pet policy: Small dogs & cats welcome. 2 pets max. $300 pet deposit fully refundable. 1 cat $25. 1 dog $35. 2 cats $35. 2 dogs $45. 1 cat & 1 dog $40.

1/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am a parent that currently has a student at Roosevelt. I feel it had vastly improved over the years. I attend every parent-teacher conference, email, have one on one talks with the teachers and other staff and everyone I’ve encountered have been very pleasant and helpful. The teachers really want to teach and guide and not just show up for work. I believe the school is overall getting better and offers a lot of opportunities for students for college, trade schools, and social/emotional growth.Parent Review1y ago - Sigel Elementary Community Ed. 4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSchool has been gutted of funding and community support by loss of attendance due to large presence of charter schools in area. School is not supported by district effectively to address behavioral issue, safety or special education. Teachers and staff fight hard for students here, get burnt out and then leave. If your kid has an IEP, I suggest changing zip codes, as SLPS does not have Special School District and does all their IEPs in house and support isolation of students with disabilities instead of integration. Lack of resources increases disparities among marginalized youth, students are actively going through trauma while in the building itself and there is only one counselor and one part-time Social Worker who have way too much on their plate. Probably one of the most violent places I have ever worked, and its an elementary school. School has been unable to get a PTO to form over the years, hindering their ability to involve parents and community.Other Review7mo ago - Check out schools near 2303 Shenandoah Ave #2.
