3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy kids say there are alot of fights in the hallways, but teachers break up the fights after a minute. They did enjoy the classrooms and teachers. It was fun learning here. The kids had to sign up to use lockers, but most kids just carried their heavy backpack around. Overall, they enjoyed their time here and made alot of memories. His kindergartner teacher ignored him but help other kids, My son cries every morning before he goes to school, also secretary and counselor will not allow me to walk my son to class they will not allow me to sit in his class teacher does not want me in class to watch him. This has been my son worst first yr. Does not recommend if your black or African american.Parent Review5y ago

"It’s a developing neighborhood get in a great way fast lived her for over a decade walk my dog for a walk at The Park often polite people the Benton classic bike race yearly and most of the homes are being renovated or have already been I’m middle aged and single so I don’t know much about the school they also have the Mexican festival the sinco Demia on Cherokee yearly it’s mixed neighborhood poor to middle class but most seem to be good people if not all very quiet fast response by police and very polite and courteous "

"Short walk to many major bus routs. Sidewalks and bike lanes make it easy for pedestrians. Close to Hwy 55 and 44, and just a bit further to Hwy 64/40. "

"I just live down the road and I love the area. I have never felt unsafe in my home. However this is a floodplain and when they put in that boardwalk along ellendale, the way I'm seeing is that it's only going to get worse with flooding. I would have really liked to buy my sister a house here. I haven't marked it off my list but, I have very serious reservations."
