    "It’s a developing neighborhood get in a great way fast lived her for over a decade walk my dog for a walk at The Park often polite people the Benton classic bike race yearly and most of the homes are being renovated or have already been I’m middle aged and single so I don’t know much about the school they also have the Mexican festival the sinco Demia on Cherokee yearly it’s mixed neighborhood poor to middle class but most seem to be good people if not all very quiet fast response by police and very polite and courteous "

However this is a floodplain and when they put in that boardwalk along ellendale, the way I'm seeing is that it's only going to get worse with flooding. I would have really liked to buy my sister a house here. I haven't marked it off my list but, I have very serious reservations."
