Walk in, and be immediately drawn across the room and out the door to see this beautiful view for the first time. Stunning and panoramic, the deck and patio give you the perfect place to relax and enjoy the river and all the wildlife it brings.
This home has never flooded, though the river does get in the yard. When this happens, the water is standing and not rushing due to the big hill on the left of the yard. The water has gotten up onto the patio when Highway 55 closed due to flooding. City and fire inspections complete, ready for immediate occupancy! Broker/owners

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI went to this middle school years ago and thought it was ok, nothing great but not the worst eitherBut man has it gotten worse. My sister got suspended for sending an email to a friend which they claimed was "threatening violence" which was not the case at all. Not only that but students get bullied all the time at school and the school does nothing about it. I remember I once got lunch detention for being 2 seconds late to a class six times. However, my friends claimed they have been late double or even triple the amount of times, and have gotten no punishment. Learning, that's a joke. The kids are learning absolutely nothing as the teachers give them no help on anything and call them stupid for not knowing it. This is by far the worse school out of the 3 fox schools. And I thought fox high school was bad, but this takes the cake. Stay awayParent Review1y ago - Fox Sr. High School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating Average0/10 Would not recommend. It’s an indoctrination day camp. Your kids would learn more reading 1 educational book of their choice a month than sitting in Fox classrooms. Save them their sanity & soul spark!Other Review1y ago - Check out schools near 2413 Riverbluff Dr.

"what the neighbors are like, they worry about crime in the neighbor, how close the fire dept and police department are"

"We live here in this neighborhood. We do like it, but there are some pros and cons. Arnold City Park has a wonderful playground, dog park and sport facilities so it's great to be so close. However most of the roads have no sidewalks, so even though we walk to and from the park for fireworks on the 4th of july it doesn't feel safe to be walking in the street with a dog and stroller. Crime in my little neighborhood is low EXCEPT the set of apartments on Potomac, they keep renting to druggies and have had a meth lab and two fires in the past 3 years. Lots of elderly in the area, so it's mostly quiet except those apartments. 5+ large chain Grocery stores in Arnold but you have to go through the busiest part of town so there's sometimes traffic. None in walking distance. Goodwill and Salvation Army plus two local thrift stores, so lots of bargain shopping options. Arnold has a ridiculous number of fast food locations, it's fantastic. Lots of casual dining. Petco and Petsmart, mid-level clothing stores, ice cream shops, WalMart & Target, etc. I can think of 7 gas stations in Arnold off the top of my head. The community is very centered around the local schools and the library/community center is fantastic. We also have a community organized Food Pantry, "Arnold Days" community week with a parade and fun Halloween events. The majority of housing in Arnold is a little older and outdated, lower middle class from the 50s-70s. Not the highest quality or most desirable nowadays but there are also a lot of newer housing developments with more grandiose homes. There are at least two other parks in Arnold, as well as fishing areas off the Meramec River and the Strawberry Ridge wildlife area. Overall I think Arnold makes a good family community, and even though I'm in one of the older crappier houses and wish I had more space, I think this is a good place to raise our child. "
