"I have lived in the neighborhood for 16 years and LOVE the area. Friendly and helpful neighbors. We are only 15 miles from Canal Park in downtown Duluth. The nights are gorgeous, it is overall super quiet and peaceful. Lake living, lots of wildlife, beautiful surroundings, a golf course and big city amenities a hop skip and jump way. And yes, even internet! "
