Seasonal lawn care and snow removal is included.

This home is a year round (not seasonal) month to month rental, however we would like our tenant to make it their home for a long time. Rent includes outdoor maintainence, mowing/flower beds, and snow removal. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, trash pick up, and cable/satellite dish, internet. This home is most suitable for a professional adult individual or couple, and we have a no smoking-no pet policy, no exceptions.
