And if they are high then they completely dismiss the problems you have because surely you have 0 issues if your grades are high. "We built this house four years ago and we love it here. We are both 59 years of age and this is our retirement home. There are no pools, swing sets, etc allowed so there aren’t many children in this neighborhood. It’s very quiet and peaceful!"
