Location! Location! Location! You rarely find acreage, privacy,, and natural beauty like this property provides. Just over 11 acres with a long meandering treelined driveway back to the home which is surrounded by tall pine trees and nice matured landscaping .About 5 min to Knapps Corner, relatively low taxes in Grand Rapids Township and in an award winning Northview school district. Pull up the circled driveway to find beamed cathedral ceilings and open floor plan. Very functional kitchen with center island, solid wood cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances all included. Open to a large expandable dining area and generous living room with a classy brick (wood) fireplace and the sliding glass doors open to a HUGE deck. The scenery from out here is truly glorious!! D eer, turkey, birds, racoons and so much more! Large mainfloor master bedroom suite is impressive with Huge walk-in closet and nicely updated bathroom including soaker tub and tiled shower with glass door. Second bedroom and another updated full bathroom on main floor as well as a laundry area. Upstairs has a really cool beamed 3rd bedroom which could house an army of children with over 400 sq ft.
Walkout level is partially finished and has a second wood burning fireplace in the rec room area. It is plumbed for a 3rd full bathroom and has a ton of space to finish if you need more room. Mechanics have been recently updated including a new furnace and AC in 2020. There is actually a garage that is 17 x 30.
Sunny creek runs through the property to add to the beauty. Bonus ... there is a split available at the front of the property. You can split off just over 2 acres if you wish!! This lot will surely sell for top dollar in this market. COME SEE IT TODAY!!!

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageGreat School. Very professional and amazing staff. Has helped me a great deal during an unfortunate time. They have their priorities in a good place. My daughter has grown and improved a great deal in her attitude, behavior, and capability since attending. Would strongly recommend Northview School District.Parent Review10mo ago - North Oakview Elementary School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is terrible. The kids here are bully's and make up lies. My kids hate going to school because of the bully's here. The teachers and staff do nothing about these kids. These kids need to be taken out of this school to make it a good school.Other Review7y ago - Northview High School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI see many have the same experience with Northview High as I did. Seems there are two experiences, I wonder how that is decided? We adopted my niece who needed a lot of support and help after coming our of an already rough situation. Sadly Northview automatically labeled her and started pushing for Alternative Education. Knowing better I pushed for her to stay in the High School and asked for help and support. This was not received well they offered little to know help. When I asked about any extra help or support they would tell me to look to outside resources that they didn't do that. This school caters to one type of student and lets the rest fall to the sidelines. They think that their alternative option is some great place to send anyone who doesn't fit into their specifications and believe the alt is just a place for students to be set on the sidelines and forgotten. It a place they can just not have to deal with the students who may need extra help or attention, because Northview doesn't do that they are good with average not doing anything exceptional or that requires hard work.Parent Review10y ago - Crossroads Middle School

"Keep very close eyes on your children as they all like to collectively play in the streets/roads. It’s nice to see other people casually walking their dogs and pups. It’s nice to see people walking around in general. Let’s us know we can trust the area with that at most."

"The neighborhood's walkability is what attracted my family. We can fulfill most of our needs without leaving the neighborhood, and mainly use or bikes or feet for transportation. We're also near four bus lines that can get us all around the city, and have either bike infrastructure or side streets that can get us downtown without ado. "

"We love Alger Heights: we're in walking distance to almost everything we need, including multiple grocery stores, a hardware store, restaurants, library, post office, parks, and more. Neighbors tend to be friendly and homes well-kept, and the neighborhood safe and quiet. We're near multiple bus lines and an easy bike ride downtown. "
