This is a great condition 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin with 210 feet of beautiful sandy frontage on Milakokia Lake. Milakokia Lake is 1956 acres and just under 30 feet deep. The lake is an all sport lake with good fishing. Walleye and Perch are most commonly pursued but there is good predator fishing as well. This property has almost 3 acres of land with a 33 foot by 81 foot pole frame barn. The cabin looks directly out across the lake at the sunset. Lake Milakokia is just 1 hour above the bridge or 3.5 hours from Green Bay and easily accessible from US 2. The lake is very quiet and does not get very busy. Holiday weekends I rarely see more than a half dozen boats on the lake. Much of the southern shore line is undeveloped and likely to stay undeveloped and natural. Groomed snowmobile trails are about 3 miles away and connect to the entire UP trail system.
