"pretty easy easy to get anywhere grocery stores are close also restaurants at least the neighbors keep their yards manicured in this area I feel pretty safe here."

"back to the bricks and crim! These are special events that bring families together. Also yoga in appkewood is free on sundays along with other free events for families, adults and kids!"

"There are very few people in this neighborhood who feel safe. The vast majority are renters, literally white trash who park on the wrong side of the street, have trash filled yards, "visitors" at all hours of the night/day, loud, inconsiderate. I doubt that you will allow this review to be printed because all you are interested in is your commission. The house at 3113 Wyoming Ave. does not look at all like the picture you have listed. The renters have trashed this house. They have a pit bull who runs loose. It is downright sad and scary."
