3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI'm not saying that I'm better than everybody because I transferred to this school from Holly In March 2016... but to those that are considering to send your child there, as a student Western does suck. They don't have enough resources & they only have a FEW teachers that care about their students success. (Ex: When I went to go ask a teacher for help, all she said was "Ma'am you're wasting my time.") At my old school none of the teachers did that. Although most of the teachers grade their students work, they don't really hand the papers back to the students to see what they did wrong. In my opinion, most of the students are way more nice than the teachers. Just to add, When I transferred there in March, It took them all the way until June to put my transcripts in and almost messed my grades up. I'm not going to go into more detail because the school is not that bad, but If i could go back to my old school, I would.Student Review7y ago - Munger Elementary-Middle School

"I would not recommend area to buyers or renters. Junk yard buying up lots.. House from next door reeks from human waste, the noise from scrap being dumped into large scrap hauling trucks. When the trucks go through the area or large heavy scrap is dumped on the ground the vibration echo's through the ground cracking the wall's in the house. The junkyard also likes to burn insulation off scrap wire, so people have to bear with the oder of plastic burning and the heavy blue smoke. On Stecker st.. The shop at the end of the street repair diesel engine trucks, after the engines are repaired they test run the engines for hours. The noise is overwhelming. The area smells from lubricants and diesel fuel that are coming from truck city off of Wyoming st.. Now would you raise a family here! Lately the area has become a flood zone, sewer's in the street don't work and there is more of a problem with water backing into the basements from the junkyard."
