I'm looking to move out of my apartment early due to on going health issues. I love it here and I'm sad I have to leave. The apartment is spacious, peaceful and Quit. Everyone is friendly, staff included. If you have any issues with your apartment the maintenance crew is quick to fix it. Both times I had issues the problems were fixed within the same day. The view from the 3rd floor is great, Lots of trees and wildlife. The whole complex is surrounded by trees, It has a really homey feel. The grounds are clean, staff picks up trash promptly. LA'nse Creuse school district. less than a mile from I-94 and metro parkway.
Renters pay Electric (gas and water free!) Up to two cats allowed with no pet rent or fees, NO DOGS. No smoking in common areas of the building. Assigned car port and extra parking around the building. coin laundry on the first floor.

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe principal in year 2021-2022 is absolutely rude. Most of the staff do not care about there students and make it very difficult to get a resolution to a problem. A lot of teachers are homophobic, Islamaphobic, and among other things. Multiple reports have been filed and no one has done a thing. The only good few people in the school. Is the nurse, a few counselors, AP Lang. and Comp. teacher, our rep, and the choir/ band teachers. It is embarrassing to say as a young black women attending this school. From my son's first day of kindergarten until they day we left we had positive outstanding experiences from the teachers, front office and sacc. My kids loved going here and still miss it dearly.
