Description

This property is not currently for sale or for rent on Trulia. The description and property data below may have been provided by a third party, the homeowner or public records.
Nice house for a first time buyer, small family or anyone tired of paying rent instead of paying to own your own property. This house has lots to offer. Within the last approximately 3 years is a new roof, furnace, water heater, washer and dryer (which stay), kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher, garbage disposal and Backsplash. Stove is gas. carpeting. Counter tops, sink, faucets. This house has new vinyl siding this year, as well as fresh paint in every room except the utility room, rear entry door with blinds inside the glass, new light fixtures inside and out, including ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms. New bathroom vanity/top and medicine cabinet. New outlets and light switches. There is a large corner lot with lots of trees, and a small shed, which has a new push mower inside that stays with the house. There is also a window air conditioner that will stay with house, and honestly 90 degrees and muggy last week and it kept the entire house cool. You can move right in and not have to worry about anything. Feel free to call or text with any questions. Or you can email me at jkelley773@gmail.com. 269-626-6050
