There are many identical units in the complex which makes price negotiation transparent for everyone. By comparing to one of the many recently sold identical units in the area I'm sure we can agree on a price. For that reason, we're listing FSBO. Feel free to reach out with questions. 2% Buyers agent fee. We used Capital Title in Ann Arbor when we bought the house and plan to use them again to sell.

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is our first year here, but we absolutely love it. My son is in 5th grade and has HFA (Aspergers) and this is the first time when he is really looking forward to school. He is getting great grades, tons of assistance, and they even helped connect him with other students with similar interests who he has become great friends with. Highly recommend this school.Parent Review3y ago - Clague Middle School

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI've had 2 children graduate from Skyline thus far. They received an excellent education and were well prepared for college. They both have careers in STEM at this time. They both participated in Magnet Programs and those were very valuable to their learning experience. The majority of their high school friends are doing great in their lives and careers as well. I am 100% satisfied with our experience.Parent Review6mo ago - Check out schools near 2785 S Knightsbridge Cir.

"It’s quite small and centered between route 210, Waldorf, and National Harbor. Most living here are families with good jobs. Also it has become an area with steady growth in the surrounding commercial zoning locations due to the increase in residential property development. It’s a budding location with a lot of potential to offer its current and future residents."

"NoMa Bid has been creating a huge sense of community in Eckington and NoMa. For one they keep the area so clean and you always see their workers sweeping the sidewalks, changing trashing, maintenance at the dog park. And then there’s the events, most at the A.T. Park and the MBTrail. Movie in the park, farmers market, holiday events like pumpkin patch/contest, and of course the mural walls festival. The trail and park have beautiful murals everywhere and each year local artist renew most of them. (NoMa in Color). Also the dog parks is a big vibe in the area, Eckington Dog Park is the best in the city, but there are 4 in the area. Also, Bouldering Project is a cool bouldering and fitness gym. Theres tons of grocery, restaurants, bars and beer gardens, etc. it’s surround by Union Market, Brookland, Shaw, H Street… all connect my the MBT (bike/walk trail) and NoMa/Gallaudet Metro Station (subway).
