"Lots of places to walk your dog/s. Many yards are big enough to fence so your dog can enjoy your yard, if you like that sort of thing."

"This part of SoPo is an amazingly good deal because it has not been discovered yet. Great schools, safe neighborhood, easy access to down town Portland and the beaches. At the same time So Portland itself has some great restuarants and bakeries like Scratch just up the road from there. "

"I just bought a house in this neighborhood about 10 months ago and love it here. This is a real community neighborhood with a great mix of young families, retirees, active, bikers, walkers, dog walkers, down to earth community minded families. very close to Willard Beach, Fort Williams, Bug light park, lots of access to the water, parks, great bakery, art community and restaurants. People are so warm and friendly. lots of 1930's small homes being snapped up, new kitchens, opening up small rooms, this is an up and coming neighborhood."

"Love this area! There is a real energy in the neighborhood. A diversity of people, ages, families. Everyone who visits loves the area- they are jealous that I can walk to two parks, two grocery stores, the post office, restaurants, everything!!!"
