Kayaking in the Pool (only a few feet deep). Buy clams from the locals. Walks on Hills Beach at low tide for a unique experience. It's old simple summer Maine.
* 12 minutes to Kennebunkport. Shops, restaurants.
* 10 Minutes to Biddeford. Breweries, restaurants. Pizza place competition is unreal here with 3-4 very good places.
* 15-20 Minutes to Fun Town splashtown amusement park.
* 25-30 to waterfront Portland
* 25 to Portland outdoor concert venue at Thompson Point.

"There are lots of dogs in the neighborhood quiet roads and sidewalks to walk them. There are also trails and parks nearby. The only issue for us in our neighborhood is that there are several families that allow their dogs to be outside off leash and unfortunately our dog does not do well with other dogs."

"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 5 years. I know most of my neighbors and love that there are so many restaurants in walking distance. With Biddeford Pool and Old Orchard within 15 minutes, summers are filled with walks on the beach. "

"Information about school K - 12. Short drive to local beach in neighboring towns. Great starting point to drive to other local communities that offer there own sightseeing ventures. Absolutely great seafood available near by, Biddeford offers many wonderful restaurants to choose from"
