Maximum overnight stay for all guests is 14-days total per year. No applicant with a criminal record will be accepted. All applicants are carefully screened for community compatibity.
Note: Applicants must meet a minimum income requirement of $2500/mo. per household to qualify for tenancy.

PET POLICY: Cats only. No aquarium pets, rodents, or birds. Pet
policy is strictly enforced.
