However, from what i see at this time, it seems to be a well cared for neighborhood, well maintained properties, friendly neighbors who smile and greet each other every day. It is a dog friendly neighborhood, it has a park and dogs are walked day. It seems to be a great neighborhood and one can feel safe here."
