N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageKend Island High School is overall a fantastic school. It's not that they do everything right or that they doesn't have areas of improvement, but overall they are doing a wonderful job educating my 2 children. I'd like to note that the reason their Great School rating score has gone down in recent years is because of the insane diversity, equity and inclusion mind virus that has infected the so-called experts. Kent Island HS overall score decreased because they are too white. That's right their score is based racial bias! If you look at actual school scores and college acceptance rates you will find they should score much higher, but they don't because of the new racially charged criteria. My daughter enjoys her classes and is in advanced English and Math. The class size range in size from 15 to 26. I wouldn't say that the classes are particularly challenging and there are no services for gifted and talented students which is disappointing. There are only 120 kids in my daughter's grade. They offer a few after school activities such as basketball, theatre, and soccer. Overall, I feel like it's a safe environment and we'll run.Parent Review3mo ago
