"My street is OK (Tyler) but the neighborhood is awful and getting worse. Especially the Shiloh Ave area. Trash is everywhere and my car gets broken into frequently. I wouldn’t recommend anyone with kids moving here. College kids or Young adults could live here and be fine. "

"I’ve been here for 4 years and I absolutely hate it. People are terrible. Awful drivers. A lot of crime that goes on without you knowing since it’s a college town and they want to keep it out of the news. Just a very fake society. "

"I live here, beautiful mature trees, walking distance to the college, shops and places to eat. Friendly neighbors that are always looking out for each other. This home is a Williamsburg style home built by a well known builder and his high quality workmanship is seen throughout the home. There are many professional and business people as neighbors. You can hear the SU bells and music. Enjoyable! "
