Description
This property is no longer available to rent or to buy. This description is from September 15, 2022
When you are looking for the house with all of the upgrades yet located in town close to everything, look no further. This completely upgraded and meticulously cared for rancher in downtown Salisbury has it all. As you walk up to the home you will notice the manicured sod laid yard with irrigation system run from a dedicated well, so no city water charges for your lawn care. Inside there was no detail left out when upgrading the kitchen, with all granite counter tops, granite sink, stainless appliances and a touch on/off faucet. Both bathrooms have had complete recent renovations to include all tile large walk in showers, tile floors with mosaics and upgraded fixtures. Beautiful LVP floors have been placed throughout that highlight the large living room with gas fireplace and brick hearth. For some down time you can relax in the four seasons room that overlooks the in-ground vinyl liner pool with hardscaped patio and in laid lighting around the yard. For privacy the seller installed a white vinyl privacy fence that completely encloses the backyard and creates a dog run in the back of the yard that can be converted to just more yard with the same privacy fence. The large shed with electric already run is the perfect storage area for the pool toys and yard items that don't fit in the large 2 car garage. All of this with public water, sewer and natural gas and you see why it won't last long at this price.

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is horrible. My daughter was being bullied. Had a meeting with the principal and nothing changed. I wouldn't say all of the staff is a mess but the majority are. They do nothing to protect the children. Speaking of children the language and comments made by these kids is and disgrace. The teachers do absolutely nothing to correct them neither. Worse school my child has ever gone to. I recommend if you fall in this school district to home school through grades 3rd to 5th.Parent Review5y ago - Wicomico Middle School

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son have been going this school since 6grade and now he's in 8th now he have been struggling with math for the whole term the progress report came out today I am proud of my son working hard and putting effort in his work. I would like to give a special thanks to all his teachers that made this happened and you know who you are and working with my son to reach his goals, advancement in learning to go to the next level which is nineth grade. Just encourage him to do good and well all work together. To go forward. This is a great school for my son.Parent Review8y ago - Wicomico High School

"I Everyone is very friendly and loves animals. If one of our animals gets loose, we immediately go online, and everyone gets together and tries to find them. A lot of animals have been returned to their owners because of that kindness of the people that live in Huntington Park. "
