5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI just posted but I want to make reply about all the other reviews. I hear the teachers are great, the education is great, but the school is not. Now, I do understand that we have higher expectations than when before AC was available, however, I don't think not having AC makes a school horrible. I believe it would have been just as affective if they updated the heating and AC systems and built extra rooms onto the school, as spending a lot of extra money on this new building. I'm not saying it's not nice to get something "new" but to save money, we could have just updated a few things, added more wonderful caring teachers and classrooms to make smaller classroom settings. The student to teacher ratios just aren't true on this site. All of them around say something like 15-16 students, per teacher. I have never seen a classroom without less than 23 students per classroom and that can reach as high as 28 students. It's hard not to be distracted with that many students and for teachers to teach that many children, especially w ADHD and autism on the rise. Like I said, though, I love Bennett and all of It's teachers. I have only seen wonderful things from the school.Parent Review10y ago - James M. Bennett High School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AveragePrincipal grudis is non existent. My child doesn't even know what he looks like as a junior. Out of control students, fights rampant. Good teachers for the most part but it's scary my tax dollars go to this place. This school, while new, makes me want to scream and cry for my kids!!! "I Everyone is very friendly and loves animals. If one of our animals gets loose, we immediately go online, and everyone gets together and tries to find them. A lot of animals have been returned to their owners because of that kindness of the people that live in Huntington Park. "

"it's far enough out of the city to enjoy the quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Shopping centers and beaches are with in 30 minutes. There are local parks, restaurants nearby. Great housing within a 30 mile radius. "

"I do not go to any community events. I'm not into the bar scene, movie theater is basic at best, and I'm not a university student. Part of Salisbury is college students, part is somewhat decent, and then part is just trashy crack head central! "

"We are not residents of the city of Salisbury so we do not need to pay city taxes. We have very little traffic.Children can play safely outside. It's a quiet, friendly neighbourhood with a very low HOA."
