10/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageTheres no discipline at all. Theres a constant bullying problem. I haven't learned anything sincr 5th grade. Constant physical fights. The teachers have little or no support for people with (Autism, ADHD, etc...) and they get bullied as well. The school food sucks and its overpriced. Teachers practically just read off a book and call it a day of teaching. And they also don't remind you at all if you forgot any work. Some of teachers are way too strict or way too lenient. (One teacher took away my summerfest for playing games in class once, even though I had 1/3 strikes.) I have 5 kids- 3 already out of elementary age- and 2 are in the school now! The school was AMAZING - in the past ! I can’t believe its the same school anymore! Teachers are not caring or engaging.Parents are no longer invited to be involved, no more award ceremonies, no AR program , their students of the month program is biased , and in general it feels that the school is riding the COVID excuse in order to avoid parents involvement! 7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have put three daughters and now two grandsons through Stephen Decatur High School and it is the best of the public schools, tops in the state of Maryland. I prefer this school over the private schools with a top notch education system. Well rounded, the counselors are the best and the teachers have an open communication system with the parents. The sports programs rank very high in the state. My oldest grandson is graduating this year with the youngest a freshman. "nice neighbourhood with good people all around. good ocean view with good cheap hotels. we have 3 mile long boardwalk. one can bociycle, jog, walk on the beach. good friendly people all aroumd. Homes are moderately price wigh good schools. "

"Have been Visiting Ocean City for over 40 years, raised my children in the house and spent countless hours on the beach. Definitely a key location for Car week and just a short walk to the beach. Angler Restaurant a block away and the Lazy Lizard 3 blocks, you won't regret the walking distance to very popular spots but far enough away from the noise. Sitting on the front porch enjoying the breeze and watching the people stroll by is always entertaining and if you decide to fish on the bridge you own bathroom is a short distance away. LOL The rental income will help in paying the mortgage and don't forget the special treatment you'll get as a home owner in Ocean City. Can't say enough."
