  • Trulia User
"Mixed ethnicity here. Generally feel safe. Development needs a lot of upkeep - especially the driving pavement! Deep holes & parking spaces need repainted. Daily maintenance of the common areas is good though. And I noticed a new seating area being built at the playground as well as some new roofing & balcony railings being replaced. The replacement items they choose to do are sporadic. And I don’t understand why the paving hasn’t been addressed. Someone could break an axle in the holes!"
