    "Needs more. Bus access. Kids live here and need a way to get to the rev centers and malls without going thru neighborhoods and down the highway to get to the buses. That would be a great way fir them to get to know each other besides going to school and it would help parents out more since most parents work at night or don’t get home until late."

My family and I drive to DC or Alexandria in order for a decent family night out. Places to eat are non existent and there is no sense of community."

I work in DC and after a long day at work, I look forward to coming home to our retreat. it is 10 minutes from National Harbor, Tanger Outlets and the MGM Resort under construction. There is A YMCA nearby as well as Harmony Hall, a County Arts Facility with a community theatre. You can ride your bike to both. If you are a boater there are also 2 marinas in the area. Traffic is heavy at rush hour but Indian Head Highway is scheduled to be vastly improved. "

    "Used to live across the street. Nice quite area tucked away from main stream. I moved away just when they were finishing up the Gaylord at National Harbor. We still go there on weekends ( That place is Nice!) If they opened the rear gate to the parking lot National Harbor would be walking distance. There was a complementary mixture of the different age groups in the neighborhood. I loved it there but my my wife and I bought a single family home (closer to her Job...)"
