Description

This property is not currently for sale or for rent on Trulia. The description and property data below may have been provided by a third party, the homeowner or public records.
This property is walking distance to Sue Creek and Middle River with a Marina next door seperated by forest. On the other side of property 2 doors down is the boat storage on Sue Creek. A huge double garage for boat storage if needed. It has new top/bottom washer and dryer. Newer roof and parking for at least 6 or 7 vehicles.

This is a RENT TO OWN, not a regular rental home. I am looking for a worthy buyer that can put a substantial down payment and make the dream of home ownership a reality. Credit is not an issue.

"I've lived in this neighborhood for about 8 years. Some of the neighbors are quite friendly, others keep to themselves, others are rather obnoxious. I've rarely felt unsafe around my house and our children play outside with minimum supervision. It's economically and culturally diverse. It's a great place to live that is semi-decent and quite affordable."
