For me learning has been much easier due to all of the kind teachers and students. At Cockeysville we learn languages bump up our reading stamina and respect everyone. I would definitely recommend this school for your familyStudent Review7mo ago - Dulaney High School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating Average“Exceptional Educational Experience at Mays Chapel Elementary!”Our experience at Mays Chapel Elementary School has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment my child in Pre-K (now third-grader) stepped foot into the school, she has been greeted with warmth, enthusiasm, and a dedication to education that is truly commendable.First and foremost, I must highlight the outstanding efforts of the teachers at Mays Chapel Elementary. Their passion for teaching is noticable, and it’s evident that they go above and beyond to ensure that each student receives the attention and support they need to thrive as well as communicate regularly with the parents. My daughter has developed a genuine love for learning, thanks to the creative and engaging methods employed by her teachers. The principal and counselors at Mays Chapel Elementary also deserve high praise for their unwavering commitment to the students’ well-being. They create a nurturing environment where every child feels valued and supported. Their open-door policy and willingness to listen to concerns demonstrate their dedication to fostering a strong sense of community within the school. One of the most remarkable aspects of Mays Chapel Elementary is how it has empowered my daughter to become an independent learner. She eagerly looks forward to going to school each day, eager to explore new ideas and concepts. It’s wonderful, as a parent, to see her take ownership of her education and confidently complete her assignments with a sense of pride and accomplishment. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Mays Chapel Elementary highly enough. It’s more than just a school; it’s a nurturing environment where students are encouraged to reach their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally. Our family is grateful for all teachers (including special area teachers), principal, and counselors who make Mays Chapel Elementary such a special place for learning and growth. Five stars doesn’t seem like enough to convey our appreciation!Parent Review1mo ago - Check out schools near North Ave.

"We feel safe! The school system is good and if you prefer private schools there are several. We have plenty of grocery stores to choose from. The only downside is that we have limited public transport. We do have several stops to use the Light Rail. But you need a car to access the Light Rail."

"Don’t leave your kids alone. I didn’t realize how bad the areas were and there is drug use in bushes and Walmart seems to be flooded with people dumping trash out of their cars and shady people doing shady things . It seems to be everywhere. "

"It is diverse- there are families from all over the world. It is easy to access the city via 83. It is quiet and safe but also it walkable if you are looking for grocery, gym, restaurants, etc. There are lots of places to hike and enjoy being outside. "
