Description
This property is no longer available to rent or to buy. This description is from September 14, 2022
The 'original owner' (from 1961) is selling this large, center hall, cape cod on a very roomy, 1/3 acre, corner lot. This home has very generous room sizes worth noting. On the first floor we have an 18' x 15' living room with a wood burning fireplace. The hardwood floors in this room are in amazing condition, as they are through out the entire home. There is a first floor bedroom (one of four), a den and a full bath. The eat-in kitchen has been recently updated with new stainless steel appliances, granite counters and lots of cabinets, so it's ready for your enjoyment. And there is also a large, formal dining room to compliment the adjoining kitchen. Upstairs there are 3 generous sized bedrooms and another full bath. The primary bedroom on this upper level measures 18 x 15 with 3 large closets and lots of bright windows. In the lowest level you'll find a freshly painted, 30 x 20 club room with a second, wood burning fireplace. It's also a 'walk-out' basement with full sized windows and sliding door that leads out to a very nice rear yard. Next to the club room, and accessed from the rear of the house, is a roomy 2 car garage. So on those rainy days, you never have to worry about getting wet when coming back to this wonderful home. Stop by and see if this home isn't what you've been looking for. Note: the roof needs replacing, so the seller is offering a credit for it's replacement. Samples of new roof options will be in the house for your color selection. Worth noting, in case the reader is not a local resident, is that the community of Stoneleigh has long been acknowledged as one of the more popular, residential communities in Baltimore County. It is now designated as a historic community (celebrating it's 100 year anniversary next year) and offers much in the way of community enjoyments. Aside from the charming, tree lined streets shading the wide variety of traditional homes, it has an outstanding community pool, that all Stoneleigh residents can join, and where many of the neighborhood activities take place. The schools that are in and around the community are highly rated and shopping is just a stone's through away. Come by and see why so many people really enjoy living in charming Stoneleigh.ginal owner' (from 1

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have never had an experience in the Baltimore County Public School System as horrifying as with Stoneleigh Elementary School. The administration, expressly the principal, has no control over her faculty and staff, nor do they show compassion to the diverse community. Their ability to manage the large school and the diverse community is the worst instance of public school leadership in this school system. Much of the community does not embrace diversity. Educators within the school are not held accountable for their actions or the education they deliver to children. There needs to be more consistency across grade levels. Parents enter each year hoping for the best class placement for their child(ren), only to find imbalanced classrooms - children without issue put into specific classrooms, children from diverse backgrounds placed in other classrooms. Parent communication is limited—no consistency or respect for working families beyond the DEI committee's one event this year.Parent Review11mo ago - Towson High Law & Public Policy

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI love the polite staff and nice policies, but somethings are missing here or I think so as a parent! One of the most important issues for us is the safety of our children. My daughter couldn't get the bus facility because our home was not in the acceptable range. I am wondering how I should have a good time when my child coming back home sometimes in the dark and cold nights because we have just one car which should be unfortunately in the service of my husband already! on the other hand,Today the car was broken and my daughter left home late (may be 07:35) . Now It is 10:15 and neither an e-mail nor a phone call alert from school !! Last week there was a missing girl on the way to Perryhall Middle school and who knows?! it could be happen anytime, anywhere !!( I know My daughter is a freshman and I am a worried mom and everything is new for us but isn't it better to change the ways before it's late ? . You don't see even a word about safety on the school official site !!Parent Review9y ago - Check out schools near 7001 Kenleigh Rd.

"it's low income housing which I'm moving soon , but it's not unique at all it's the struggle low poverty area they try to maintain it but if u ask me I think everyone here should be directed elsewhere where and be forced to work and be self sufficient the people here are carefree have no real means to do better outside of myself. I do not recommend this area to no one and the violence has escalated "
