Don't miss your chance to see this wonderful Cape Cod in the Belmar neighborhood. With many updates, open-concept living, & main level bedrooms, this is a MUST SEE! Kitchen was recently renovated in 2020 to include granite countertops & all new stainless steel appliances. This renovation also created a beautiful, open space on the main level. Two spacious bedrooms, a full bath, & a large foyer (or office space) additionally occupy this space. Upper level has updated carpeting & a primary suite with a sitting area & walk-in closet. Lower level is fully finished (2011) with full bath, new washer/dryer (2020), & a bonus bedroom! Enjoy some relaxation in the 24 foot pool on a hot summer day in the rear yard! Pool pump & vinyl liner are also new (2021). HVAC replaced July 2023! The roof has been updated, there is an abundance of parking in the front, plus additional parking on the concrete driveway, & a wonderful playground at the end of the street. You truly don't want to miss out on this home!

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe school needs harsher punishment there are students who can get into fights and not even get expelled. They can come back from their check in check out with a bag full of snacks for doing the bare minimum and they can get away with alot of things like insulting the other students. They sometimes need more than 2 adults to hold someone back from getting into a fight. Its not fair to the other students that are doing well and behaving when they see someone who does that come back with rewards for doing the mare minimum. even one of the teachers said if someone in their childs school behaved this way they wouldve called 911.Parent Review1y ago - Overlea High & Academy Of Finance

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is a charter school that brings in kids from the inner city of Baltimore. Most kids hate it there. There's always a fight or several.A robbery happened last year at the homecoming game by a student. Most of the students carry weapons and are vaping (not just tobacco) and no one seems to do anything about it. Don't send your kids here!Parent Review7mo ago - Parkville Middle & Center Of Technology

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school was great for my child that had no disabilities and did very well academically. I do not recommend children with disabilities attend this school. They are not equipped nor have appropriate experience to handle children with Special Needs.Parent Review4y ago - Check out schools near 4421 Glenmore Ave.

"it's low income housing which I'm moving soon , but it's not unique at all it's the struggle low poverty area they try to maintain it but if u ask me I think everyone here should be directed elsewhere where and be forced to work and be self sufficient the people here are carefree have no real means to do better outside of myself. I do not recommend this area to no one and the violence has escalated "

Neighbors especially love when the pups participate in social activities.
