Most of our correspondence was through Josh who was always responsive to requests or issues, and would coordinate maintenance repairs in a timely manner. No complaints here; they have certainly set a high bar for our future Landlords

His network seems to extend far and wide and he has a person for every job. After living in multiple rental properties, I can honestly say that Josh is hands down the best landlord I've had. He is extremely responsive to both big and small requests. Nothing concerning the home ever took more than a day or two to be taken care of. He is also extremely flexible and cares that his tenants are well accommodated. Josh also genuinely cares about the quality of his rental properties. I remember right before moving in he had the entire home repainted. I will definitely miss having such a great landlord!

He had a disability and has always been handled wonderfully. They have done so much to help him and he is doing so much better. "The kids actually play like old school days they play football ,ride bikes ,sit on steps together ,play on the basket ball goal , walk to school together, the little girls play with chalk on the front ….. you don’t see a lot of that anymore "
