Stunning & Open This is not your typical raised ranch, just wait until you step inside & see how open and modern this house feels. The ebony stained hardwood floors look amazing. The openness of the first floor was made for entertaining. The list of items just completed on this home is extensive - New Kitchen - with granite & all brand new appliances, New Master Bath, New Roof, New Central Air System, New Furnace & Water Heater, New Electrical Panel, New Paint inside & out and lots of New Windows. New Carpet will be going in the basement & a New Septic System & French Drain system will be installed shortly. Two wood burning fireplaces, a heated 2 car garage and updated main bath just add to all the fabulous features of this home. The former screen porch is now an amazing family room with vaulted ceilings and recessed lighting, it just might be the favorite room in the house,

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageUnbelievably supportive, helpful and kind staff. The counselor and the special education team are absolutely wonderful--they have gone above and beyond in our time of need. There's a great synergy from what I could see among the staff and students. Every staff member I was in contact with was nice, professional, helpful and diligent. My son went from struggling to starting to feel excited about what he was learning and my daughter was shown an outstanding level of support through her difficulties. Could not ask for a better school.Parent Review6mo ago - Gates Intermediate School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son has had an excellent experience and the music program is incredible. As a parent who takes an interest in my child's education I believe that this school does a very nice job. The Physical plant is spectacular and 3 years old in 2020.Parent Review4y ago - Scituate High School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy oldest daughter is graduating this year and was accepted to several nursing schools in New England with significant academic awards. The majority of teachers put in the extra time with the students who are willing to do the work. I feel she is well prepared for university.Parent Review8y ago - Check out schools near 573 1st Parish Rd.
