8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AveragePossibly the worst school in MA for the COVID response, as it is still going on. So many teachers are absent every day. Up to 45 teachers are absence each day, some for weeks at a time. Actually disgraceful. Some teachers are good, and they care. But there seems to be no rules for how many days teachers can be absent (and this is over 3 years). Some classes also dont teach content related to the class, but rather social issuesParent Review1y ago - Check out schools near 73 North St.

"Close knit community, close to T station and vibrant city center that is really convenient for all. "

"Newton Centre combines the best or urban and suburban living. Eminently walkable, with a huge variety of shops and restaurants a quick stroll away and a subway stop at its heart, the neighborhood invites you to leave your car in the garage you probably have and complete your errands on foot. Parks and recreational facilities, including a large lake with a public beach, are within the neighborhood’s bounds. When you need to get somewhere by car, you’re quickly connected to two major highways and only minutes from downtown Boston and Logan Airport, but the minute you return home, you’ll hear crickets chirping and children playing and struggle to believe that your tree-lined street is so close to such a major city and its associated environment.
