This brand new modern farmhouse strikes just the right balance between rustic finishes and clean modern lines. Custom millwork and cabinetry, a designer kitchen and luxurious bathrooms with high end fixtures/finishes are the cornerstones of this townhome. In the living room you will find beamed cathedral ceilings; a chevron feature wall; and a linear gas fireplace which really give this home character. The thoughtful, modern layout includes an oversized mudroom, generous closets and extra living space in the lower level. Outside you will find a private mahogany deck and a large, flat back yard for your exclusive use. Park your cars comfortably this winter in the two car garage. Conveniently located just one block from the Charles River Trail and 3/10 of a mile to the vibrant village center.

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI love Lincoln Eliot. I went to this school as did my father and now my daughter. I had learning disabilities and they were great with me. My daughter needed extra help with reading so they got her the help she needed. My daughter does not have the same learning disabilities I had thank goodness , but if they find something in the future I know they will get her the help she needs. My only complaint is that it's an old school and is in need of a major renovation. I went there 30 years ago and it looks the exact same way. The way I look at it though is if that is my only complaint then this school is already winningParent Review5y ago - Newton North High School

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOverall, my child had a good experience at NNHS and was prepared very well for the rigors of college in STEM. Socially, there's lots of activities available as one would expect with 2k+ student body and state-of-the-art facilities but bullying and drugs are disturbingly prevalent. The principal is an extreme social justice activist that uses his position to indoctrinate students with his personal beliefs and views.Parent Review1y ago - Check out schools near 39 Bridge St #1.

"Newton is an excellent city to live in. Because its a large city (85K population) it has a large offering of amenities for all types of residents from an excellent public library, senior housing and activities/transportation, and excellent schools. But yet it is divided into 13 villages so you never feel like you're in a large city. You get the suburban feel with the urban amenities only 5 miles to Boston. Public transportation is excellent with bus, rail, and subway throughout. I've been living here since 1991 and working as an agent for 14 years. Would be happy to discuss details with any prospective residents..."

"This is a great part of Newton- hidden gem. 10 minutes to Cambridge, Brookline and Boston. Safe. Quiet."
