N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school has a culture of poor communication between teachers and apprehension of dealing with children with learning disabilities and behavior problems. School would rather have higher grades at other elementary schools deal with those problems which does not help the students with the problems or the other students in the classroom.Parent Review8y ago - Dale Street

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageDale Street is a unique and special spot. Every 4th and 5th grade student in the entire town spends two years here and I believe this is where their love for learning and good, contributing character begins. The philosophy of the school (which is fostered and encouraged by the principal) embraces the whole child. There are high expectations for academics but equally high expectations for behavior and respect- a rare combination. Being the oldest building in the district with students right 'in the middle', it sometimes gets overlooked, but it shouldn't. Great job Dale StreetParent Review13y ago - Thomas Blake Middle School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI cant say enough great things about this school. This school is situated in an active safe community with involved parents, teachers, staff, and a principal who all truly care about the students. I have a son who has attention issues. His teacher and I have collaborated our efforts to get my son to overcome his "easily distracted" ways into becoming a productive and engaged child who enjoys learning! Tough curriculum but not overwhelming by any means. The classes are taught and geared to provide the children the skills requisite to complete their expected coursework. Again, I cannot say enough great things.Parent Review12y ago - Check out schools near 1 Preservation Way.

"Having been a resident in Medfield since 2002, I can say without question it is a fantastic place to live! There are so many area amenties, yet Medfield hasn't lost that small town feel. People are friendly and outgoing and they are completely vested in the community. There is great dining, a premier Health/Tennis Club, as well as a School System that is Nationally recognized. Ask anyone who lives here, Medfield is a tough place to leave but you will always feel welcome when you come back! I couldn't be happier living here."

"I live & work in Medfield. This neighborhood is a mix of every style home and price range. It has sidewalks, 2 entrances into n'hood & loops around 2 streets great for walking with dogs, strollers, kids on bikes, etc.. There are approx 60 homes and over 29+ kids from newborn to HS. An easy walk to town and safe. An active n'hood with annual block parties, girls and men nite out, Halloween parades, etc.. "
