Description
This property is not currently for sale or for rent on Trulia. The description and property data below may have been provided by a third party, the homeowner or public records.
This renovated 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath is a tastefully and comfortably decorated family home that is on a quiet dead end street which is about 100 yards from the sand of Niles Beach. A short walk to the Art Colony of Rocky Neck with its galleries and restaurants, you will have plenty to keep you busy, if you decide not to spend the day at the beach. With hardwood floors throughout, a large living room with a wood burning stove leads to an oversized porch with side yards. A formal dining room is just off the granite kitchen and 1/2 bath. Upstairs are three bedrooms and a full bath.

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe students run the school. There is no discipline, no follow through or consequences. Teachers are not supported and are constantly dis-empowered. They are reprimanded for having high expectations and challenging students, especially in specialists classes and have been told to dumb down lessons. Just last year students were lighting fire in the hallways and carrying weapons to school. The school has dropped to a level 3, on its way to level 4 I'm sure. The "STEAM" element is a joke and just there to get funding. In practice, there is no collaboration between teachers, only "practices" put in place "just in case" evidence is asked for by the state for STEAM practices. If a student is at risk, they will do anything they can to ignore and or push that child's problems under the rug. One guidance counselor is completely useless, the other two try but their hands are tied because the administration would rather ignore student issues. The administration is a complete joke.Other Review8y ago - Check out schools near 5 Lighthouse Way.
