"I feel this is a central location to get anywhere I need to be. I work in Quincy and my daily commute is only 15 minutes. When I have meetings in downtown Boston I can also get there in 15 minutes. We are located in an area that is saturated with restaurants. The neighbors are very friendly and this is a very culturally diverse neighborhood. "
