3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSome of the teachers are nice, and the office staff are too. But I don’t appreciate the wide open third floor windows without screens and the kids hanging out of them every afternoon. Not cool. Also, horrible parking and accessibility. Picking up is the worst.Parent Review5y ago - Chicopee High School

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school shows no regard for students or their safety. Bullying is rampant and Teachers turn a blind eye to it daily. From verbal to physical abuse to the point of students leaving fearing for their mental and physical well-being. Cameras need to be installed in halls and classes to monitor behaviors of Teachers and Students as is stated in the Handbook for Chicopee SchoolsOur children are under an enormous stress much higher because of COVID and having to wear face covering for the entire day just elevated that stress.Would I recommend this school to others absolutely not. I would, however, call for the installation of the cameras and hall monitors.Other Review2y ago - Check out schools near 36 Bell St.

"This town is a quiet community on the whole. I live near the Elms College which is a delightful neighborhood to walk around. I feel it is a safe place to raise children. This area has many of the older homes in Chicopee so it is an interesting neighborhood to look at. It has a municipal power company that gets power up and running after any weather related power issue. It also has reasonable rates. I believe you get a lot for your money with the real estate in this city."

"Well lit streets, plenty of sidewalks on side streets and main roads, a lot of neighborhoods with connecting streets giving the ability to walk longer distances without main road traffic. Busy roads with faster moving traffic can sometimes cause difficulty walking safely. "
