2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy daughter attended Kindergarten and now is in first grade. For those that do not know the state gives Brockton schools a lot more money than other school district because of the large working class population. So we get full day Kindergarten with two teachers and this really helps kids when they go to first grade. The school district has diverse community children of different back grounds and ethnicity. Respect, tolerance, safety is taught all in fun way. My child loves school, her teachers and other children in the school.Parent Review7y ago - East Middle School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son went to this school and now my daughter is in the 5th grade at the Kennedy. This website is hammering the Kennedy over "equity" but as us parents know IT ALL STARTS IN THE HOME. You can't compare low- income progress to others. Most times low-income means single-parent and as we all know it takes allot of man hours to raise a child and if you have 2 parents the child has access to double the support. My son received a great base to build off of as he is now enrolled at South Easton VoTech. The teachers my wife and I have worked with at this school have all been caring, involved, easy to reach and willing to listen to our concerns. Great school.Parent Review1y ago - North Middle School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI would have to say so far that I'm not pleased with this school. The teachers prejudge the kids before school has hardly started. If there are issues they are one sided because they are friendly with the other parent. The administration does not follow up when there is an issue. There is definitely favoritism going on at this school. That seems to be a general rule of thumb for all Brockton Schools!Parent Review4y ago - Mary E. Baker School

I have not seen a principal that has such good communication with the parents. She handles situations professionally and caring. The teachers we have dealt with have also been very good with communicating. I would definitely recommend this school to other parents.Other Review3y ago - Edison Academy
