      "I know this area well. Cars fly down the street and it is very unsafe. It's in a not so great part of town, a very busy area. Houses are crammed in next to each other and there's not much outdoor living space. It's close to some restaurants but they're all pizza places with not so great food. If you're looking for suburban living, this is not the area of Belmont that you're going to want to live in. You can get much more for your money in surrounding towns like Waltham, Watertown, Arlington, while maintaining a close distance to the city. "
