    "The Chasewood subdivision is one of the best in South Shreveport with an active home owners association that is vigilant in keeping property values high. It has limited access off of a secondary street with dead ends on two main streets and several cul de sacs, which make for a very private subdivision. Just 8 minutes to a six lane interstate that is far enough from the subdivision to not cause any noise or congestion problems, but gives excellent access to downtown and all points south."
