Principal Robert Wells is inconsistent with policies, an ineffective communicator, is rude, and borderline incompetent. He’s created an environment of retaliation, which has a direct impact on teacher morale and has trickled down to the low morale of the students. There are some committed teachers at Broadmoor, but the way Principal Wells runs the school pushes them all away. "Most of the people I’ve met are nice . The neighborhood has lots of character and houses can be really big and spacious. Honestly if there wasn’t so much drug activity I’d probably move in this area"
