Step into the grandeur of the generations, Old Louisville at her very best. This stunningly beautiful and immaculately maintained home was built in 1894. The house faces west, toward the 17-acre Olmstead designed, Central Park. The views, in all seasons, are spectacular. It is like being in the country except you are in the heart of the city with Central Park's amphitheater featuring performances of Shakespeare, The Louisville Ballet, and Old Louisville Live Concert music in the summer. In the Fall you are within a stroll of The Saint James Art Show. Just down the street is the Speed Art Museum and the house is within an easy commute of the downtown Medical Center and business and cultural districts.

"There’s just really no place for your dogs to play, there’s roads and alleys everywhere. People drive really fast on the road and it makes it dangerous for the animals. Lots of the yards aren’t fenced in and lead right into the alleys. And most yards aren’t maintained well enough for a dog."
