    "There’s just really no place for your dogs to play, there’s roads and alleys everywhere. People drive really fast on the road and it makes it dangerous for the animals. Lots of the yards aren’t fenced in and lead right into the alleys. And most yards aren’t maintained well enough for a dog."

    "I’ve lived her for a year and it is just amazingly beautiful. The history and architecture of St. James is simply unmatched. The local bars, restaurants and coffee shops all in walking distance mixed with Central Park being so close makes it wonderful spot. There is also a police station in the park itself which makes it feel safe."
