8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSchools send out fees through their bookkeeping department which has nothing to do with a student's performance in a classroom. I check my student’s grades about once a week since academic success is a priority in our household. They clearly understand that they are solely responsible for the grades they earn which is based on their effort. They know their grades are a reflection of how hard they work and that their only job is to learn so they would have to answer to me if anything was less than expected.Parent Review1mo ago - Stonewall Elementary School

"I don't have much of a commute since I work from home. however I find that we are able to get anywhere we need to go in Lexington without any issue, because we are somewhat close to New Circle. we feel like we are right in the middle of everything without being too close to downtown. it takes but a few moments on a couple of small neighborhood back roads to get to downtown lex or Richmond rd. "Our neighborhood is safe and quiet but full of vibrant people. Whether you’re a young family, a retiree, or just about anywhere in between, Meadowthorpe is a great place to live. The streets are beautiful and there’s a wonderful park. We have absolutely loved living here, and if you have young kids, there’s an elementary school right in the neighborhood. It’s one of the best rated in Lexington."
