Most of the houses look well maintained and its convenient to pretty much everything. 5 minutes to the mall, 10 minutes to downtown, etc. Lots of good restaurants around with a Kroger .1 miles away. I currently rent my house, but I definitely wouldn't be opposed to buying in this area. "
