"I've lived here for 3 years and the neighbors are nice and quiet. not the best place to walk at night and some restaurants don't deliver to this place after dark."

"People get outdoors a lot in warm weather. It sounds a lot like a campground, kids playing, people walking and talking, riding bikes. Some people get a bit too loud sometimes though, and you don’t want to pay any neighbors to mow until they finish. We have a drunk or two that might go buy booze at the corner market and not make it back. I have been here 20 years so I know who to avoid but some newer folks have been fooled. Accept for a few annoying drunks it’s not that bad."

"the area is nice. The Courtyards however are the most terrible place you could ever choose to live. Trust me cheap isnt always better. This place will come back to haunt you years after you've lived there. "
