If you’re thinking about moving here, don’t. It’s been one thing after another since we’ve been here. They let my kids go here for 3 months before saying that they’re going to the wrong school and can’t provide transportation anymore. To or from. I’ve had problems with a teacher picking on my son. I confronted the line of command. It took me getting in front of the school board before they would even listen to me. My kid has been getting bullied and had literal marks around his neck from a kid choking him and they push it under the rug and say the other kid was playing. My son made it clear that he was not playing. Awful school system here.

it was easy to fly by in my classes without doing any work, which i strongly appreciate, but the staff and students make it hard to actually enjoy going to this god forsaken school. i am happy to be attending a different school now. as a minority who has been harassed and discriminated against multiple times throughout both gcms and gchs, it was torture that definitely wrung me out emotionally.

This school is awful I’ve been in this school for two years now and there are very few teachers that are actually good people and care about our feelings. I don’t think anyone should be forced to go here this place is so draining and toxic to the point where not even the teachers want to come to school the kids act out as a form of asking for help. The counselors think they are helping when half of the time they make us feel bad about ourselves I got close to a counselor last year and he left. They search people without reason. Bullying happens all day everyday and if you tell anyone they get a slap on the wrist but if you talk in class you get detention. Some of the people here are amazing people but most are not most are cruel and mean and hurt people for no reason once you get on that bus or walk into that building you automatically know it’s not gonna be a good day. The curricular is boring and not entertaining other than maybe 5 classes out of all. I am a gifted student and I have asked to get out of accelerated math many times due to not understanding, I ask for help and when I do and I still don’t understand after the teacher explains it to me and I ask again they get annoyed and aggravated I try I really do but when the teacher gets mad at me for asking for help that makes me not wanna ask any more.
