    "Not the best area but also not the worst there has been multiple high speed car chases down my street and one incident with a neighbor banging on my door at midnight cursing me out to use my phone but most everyone else is nice. "

    "Low income but full of nice older folks, and what families are here stick together to report any suspicious folks. Kids feel safe enough to hang out for walks or play together outside or in yards and many walk to the elementary school everyday. In some ways it reminds me of a smaller community in rural areas, minus all the miles between houses. Itd be nice if folks made more money, but i think that could be said of anywhere. I live here, and all but one neighbor is amazingly nice, which again i dont think is odd."
